Blend of foodgrade phosphate aerators based on sodium acid pyro phosphate
Specifically designed for doughnuts where medium dough rate of reaction is required. Because doughnuts require relatively fast aeration because of the high speed nature of their manufacture, Aeromix G has a reaction rate adjusted to suit their mechanical production.
