ALBRITE® SAPP Food Grade sodium acid pyrophosphate
Grade of sodium acid pyrophosphate used in all non-leavening applications, including potato processing. May also be used as a general-purpose buffering and acidifying agent in meat processing, as well as a cheese emulsifying salt.
